How many credits does each tool use?
Credits depend on the model a run uses, not on the plan you are on. These numbers come from the same table the tools use, so the price you see here is the price you pay.

How many credits does each tool use?
It depends on the model. Standard models cost 1 to 10 credits per run, premium models cost more, and the credit table on this page lists every tool. Every tool shows the cost before you run it.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a subscription expire at the end of the billing period they were granted in and do not roll over. Credit packs last 365 days, and sign-up credits last for the period shown when you receive them. The credits that expire soonest are used first.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. Under our terms you can use your results for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, on free and paid plans. You still need the rights to the photo you upload and to anything recognisable in it.
How do refunds work?
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days by emailing support from your account email. Purchases are not refundable after credits have been used or after 7 days, and if a run fails on our side its credits are returned automatically.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. You keep your plan and that period’s credits until the end of the billing period, and you are not charged again.
Do I need a plan to use premium models?
Yes. Premium models such as Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, Seedream 4 and Topaz unlock once you have bought any plan or credit pack. Guest runs and sign-up credits use the standard model of each tool.
