Copyright Complaints

Report copyright infringement or request a review of a copyright decision on ImageMuse.

ImageMuse respects the rights of photographers, artists and other creators. Our Acceptable Use Policy requires you to have the rights needed to edit and use your images. This page explains our copyright complaint and review process.

Report a Copyright Problem

Email support@imagemuse.ai with the subject “Copyright complaint”. Please include:

  1. Your name, contact email and whether you are the rights holder or an authorised representative.
  2. A description of the work and a link or other evidence showing your rights to it.
  3. The exact ImageMuse image or result URL, or enough information to locate the material, such as a task reference and the date.
  4. An explanation of the alleged infringement and any relevant licence or permission details.
  5. A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to submit the complaint.

We review complaints and may request further information. Where appropriate, we may restrict access to the material, remove it or restrict the account. We may contact the uploader to request a response and share the information needed to assess the dispute. Do not include unrelated sensitive personal information in your report.

Request a Review

If you believe your content or account was restricted by mistake, email support@imagemuse.ai with the subject “Copyright review”. Identify the affected material or account, explain why you believe the decision was mistaken, and include evidence of ownership, permission or another basis for your use.

We review the information from both parties and may ask for clarification before deciding whether to maintain or reverse the restriction. This process does not promise automatic restoration or a fixed resolution time, and does not replace any rights or procedures available under applicable law.

Repeated Infringement

Repeated or serious copyright violations may lead to account restrictions or closure under our Terms of Service. Please submit reports honestly and do not use this process to harass others or make claims you know are false.
